Here is the full version of SIGHT & SOUND Episode 6 – The Nikhil Korula Band with Greg Spero and Zane Carney. In all these performances, we play some original songs from our album, MUSIC OF THE NEW DAY (2012) & THE WAY THINGS WORK (2004) and also cover the Beatles classic song, “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” as well as Eric Clapton’s iconic song with Derek and the Dominos, “Layla.” If you don’t know Greg Spero and Zane Carney, you should. Greg has been in Halsey’s band for years and has also toured with many other amazing artists. Zane Carney has been on tour with John Mayer and Foster The People to name a few. Both of these musicians are some of my favorite musicians around and their wisdom and experience are truly incredible and something to marvel at. I am lucky to call these musicians friends, but even luckier to get the chance to play music with them.
